About Book The Call

It will be me on the phone, every time

I'm Rochelle. I have spent over 30 years in B2B sales and lead generation. I also happen to enjoy the part most people avoid: picking up the phone, speaking to a director-level prospect and finding out whether there is a real reason to talk.

Book The Call is me, not an agency with a call floor. When you work with me, I am the person who learns your offer, dials the numbers and turns up in your calendar notes.

Why judgement beats volume

Most outreach fails because somebody buys a list, loads a script and prioritises activity over relevance. More dials, more messages, more names. It feels like progress and rarely is.

I have always worked the other way. I would rather make fewer, better calls to people who have a reason to talk than blanket a bought list and hope. Strategy and empathy beat volume. That has been true throughout my career, and it matters even more now that so much outreach is being automated into the ground.

So I start with the people who already know your name: old enquiries, lapsed clients, event contacts and dormant connections. It is warmer, it is more productive, and it does not cost you another pound to generate the lead.

Why I cap it at three

Appointment setting is not something I can do well at volume. Each client gets a dedicated calling day, my knowledge of their offer and my voice on the phone. Three is the number that protects all of that.

I do not hand your account to a junior caller or whoever has a gap in their rota. I learn your offer, use your tone and represent your business as if I were part of the team. That only works if I am not stretched across a long client list.

Why attendance matters as much as the booking

Anyone can fill a diary with names. The work is in making sure those meetings actually happen.

  • I book the meeting.
  • I confirm it.
  • I follow up.

A full diary means very little if nobody turns up, which is why attendance matters as much as the booking. I qualify before I book, confirm before the day and keep the prospect warm in between.

One space open

If that sounds like the help you need

Fifteen minutes. No hard sell. We will look at the list, the offer and the numbers. I will tell you honestly whether I think there is anything worth calling.
