The service

I provide appointment setting and lead generation as described on this site. The working target of five to seven qualified meetings a month is a target, not a guarantee, and results depend on the quality of the data, the offer and the market.

Fees and term

Packages are charged monthly, with a one-off setup fee, and carry a minimum term of three months. The full fees and any per-meeting arrangement will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

What I ask of you

To do the work well I need timely access to your list and your input on the offer and messaging. Meetings are booked into your diary, and attendance depends in part on you honouring them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. The detailed liability and cancellation terms will appear in the final version.
