Turn your existing list into qualified conversations

I work through your existing contacts, speak to the right people, qualify the opportunity and book suitable meetings directly into your diary. This is the flagship, and I only take three clients at a time.

The money is often in the list you already have

Website enquiries that went quiet. Business cards from an event. LinkedIn connections you meant to follow up. People who downloaded something. Prospects who said "not right now" months ago.

They are not dead leads. They are unfinished conversations.

The problem is not knowing there may be money in the list. You already know that. The problem is finding two hours a day to work through it, making the fifth attempt when someone has not picked up, and having somebody on the team whose actual job is to keep going.

Appointment setting is me doing exactly that, one dedicated day a week, as part of your business.

What happens on a calling day

Once a week, your campaign has my full attention. I block the day for you and work your list, and only your list.

I open with the warmest contacts first, the people most likely to remember your name, and move outward from there. I make the call, listen more than I talk, and find out whether there is a real reason to meet.

When someone is interested, I book the meeting into your diary and send you the note before it happens. When someone is not, I record why, so the list gets sharper with every pass.

I make the follow-up calls too. Most conversations do not happen on the first attempt, and the fifth call is the one most people never make.

The note you receive before every meeting

A booked meeting is worth very little if you walk in cold. Before each meeting, you receive a clear note explaining who you are speaking to, what matters to them and why they agreed to talk.

  • The person and their role, so you know exactly who is across the table.
  • The context behind the original contact, and how they came to be on your list.
  • What they said on the call, and the reason the meeting is worth your time.
  • Anything they raised that you will want to be ready for.

Why I only take three clients

Appointment setting is not something I can do well at volume. Each client gets a dedicated calling day, my knowledge of their offer and my voice on the phone. Three is the number that protects all of that.

It also means the space is genuinely limited. When the three are full, the list closes until a space opens. I would rather do careful work for three businesses than shallow work for ten.

Pricing

£995 per month, with a one-off £500 setup fee covering list review and cleaning, messaging and campaign build. The minimum term is three months, because the first month includes setup, testing and the first conversations.

The working target is five to seven qualified meetings a month. A strong, relevant list can produce more, but results will always depend on the quality of the data, the offer and the market.

An alternative: pay per booked meeting

If a monthly retainer is not the right shape for you, I sometimes offer a per-meeting arrangement instead: £195 per qualified booked meeting, with a minimum of eight a month.

I only offer this after I have reviewed your list, because it depends entirely on there being enough genuine opportunity in the data to make it work for both of us. If the list will not support it, I will tell you.

What clients say

I've been working with Rochelle for the last 3 months to assist me in generating appointments from my own database. Rochelle consistently delivers by filling my diary with appointments. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rochelle to any business!

Rochelle is one of my secret weapons in helping me speak to my ideal clients. She does the tasks such as appointment making I just do not have time to do myself. Her results speak for themselves. Not only high number of appointments booked but importantly the people turn up to the meeting.

Questions worth asking

A meeting with the right person, who understands why they are speaking to you and has a genuine reason to talk. I qualify before I book, record what I learn and keep you informed, including when somebody is not a fit.

Old does not automatically mean useless. People change roles. Priorities shift. Budgets appear. A prospect who said no in 2024 may simply have meant not yet. We will review the list first, and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth working.

Yours. I book directly into your calendar, confirm the meeting with the prospect and follow up beforehand. A full diary means very little if nobody turns up, which is why attendance matters as much as the booking.

No. I call as part of your business, using your name and the context behind the contact. The aim is a useful conversation, not a script delivered at speed.

Then I have wasted the very thing you are paying me to protect: your time. I qualify before I book, record what I learn and keep you informed, including when somebody is not a fit.
