Fresh prospects, carefully chosen

I identify the buyers you want to reach, then contact them through LinkedIn, InMail and email using my own outreach platform. No broad blasts. No scraped list of vaguely relevant job titles. Just carefully selected prospects and messages written to start a real conversation.

When the list you have runs dry

Appointment setting works the list you already have. Lead generation is what comes next, when that list has been properly worked, or when you are starting without one.

The order matters. I start with the people who already know your name: old enquiries, lapsed clients, event contacts and dormant connections. That makes the conversation warmer and often more productive, without spending another pound to generate the lead.

Only when those existing opportunities have been properly worked do we build a carefully targeted list of new people.

How I choose who to contact

Good outreach is mostly a targeting problem. Before a single message goes out, we agree who a genuinely good buyer looks like for you.

  • The sectors and company sizes where your service actually lands.
  • The seniority and roles of the people who hold the budget.
  • The regions you want to work in, and the ones you do not.
  • The signals that suggest now might be the right time to reach out.

From there I build a considered list, person by person. No broad blasts. No scraped list of vaguely relevant job titles.

Three channels, one conversation

I reach people where they already are, and I keep the tone the same across all of it: like a person worth replying to.

  • LinkedIn. A connection request and a genuine message, not a pitch. The aim is to start a conversation with someone who has a reason to reply.
  • InMail. For people worth reaching who are not yet a connection, a considered direct message that respects their time.
  • Email. Where there is a legitimate reason to make contact, a short, relevant email that reads like it was written by a person, because it was.

All of it runs through my own outreach platform, so the sequencing stays consistent and nothing falls through the gaps.

What a campaign month looks like

The first month is groundwork. I build and clean the list, agree the messaging with you and set the outreach live. The first replies usually begin to arrive as that settles in.

From there it becomes a steady rhythm: new people contacted, follow-ups sent to those who did not reply the first time, and conversations handed to you as they warm up. I keep going with the people worth going back to, rather than moving on the moment someone does not answer.

What you receive

  • Interested replies, passed to you with the context behind them.
  • A clear view of who has been contacted and what came back.
  • A list that gets sharper over time, because I record what works and drop what does not.

Where a conversation is ready for a call, I can carry it through to a booked meeting. That is the full pipeline, and it is the natural next step once lead generation is doing its job.

Pricing

£495 per month, with a one-off £500 setup fee covering list review and cleaning, messaging and campaign build. The minimum term is three months, because the first month includes setup, testing and the first conversations.

If you want the outreach followed through to booked meetings by phone, that is the full pipeline package at £1,295 per month.

Questions worth asking

We agree the sectors, company sizes, seniority and regions that fit your offer, then I build the list person by person. The judgement about who is worth contacting matters far more than the size of the list.

It would, which is why I do not do it that way. No broad blasts. No scraped list of vaguely relevant job titles. Lower volume and higher relevance protects your name and produces better conversations.

My own outreach platform. The tool matters far less than the judgement behind who I contact and what I say, so that is where the attention goes.

Most businesses have. The usual problem is that they were sold activity instead of judgement: more dials, more messages and more names. I focus on the people worth speaking to and the conversations worth continuing.

Yes. Once a conversation is warm, I can follow up by phone and book a qualified meeting into your diary. That combination is the full pipeline package.

Let's find the right people to talk to

Fifteen minutes. No hard sell. Tell me who you want to reach, and I will tell you honestly whether I think there is a campaign worth running.
